Firm Profile

Mr. Gartzman practices primarily in the areas of taxation, corporate law, and estate planning. He has been a practicing attorney in Atlanta since 1982 and licensed as a CPA since 1984. He received his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) in 1988. He has received the "AV" rating (the highest possible rating) from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.

Prior to opening his own law firm in 1988, Mr. Gartzman worked with Shapiro, Fussell, Wedge, et. al. and its predecessor, Stokes and Shapiro, a long time Atlanta law firm. He also worked in the Tax Department of Touche Ross and Co., a Big Eight international accounting firm, which was predecessor to Deloitte and Touche, LLP, a Big Four international accounting firm.
