Jeffrey S. Gartzman is an accomplished Atlanta tax attorney and CPA who has been practicing tax law in Atlanta for nearly 30 years. He will help you resolve IRS and state tax problems, find tax relief and settle tax debt. Jeffrey S. Gartzman is a former IRS Taxpayer Education Program instructor. He is also an accredited Personal Financial Specialist with the American Institute of CPAs.

Mr. Gartzman has been licensed as a tax attorney since 1982 and licensed as a CPA since 1984. He has received an “AV” rating – the highest possible rating – from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Mr. Gartzman is an active member in Atlanta and Georgia professional associations for tax lawyers and CPAs.

Jeffrey S. Gartzman serves on the tax section leadership team for the Georgia Society of CPAs, a small, dynamic group of CPAs and tax attorneys who meet with the IRS and Georgia Department of Revenue annually to discuss best practices and updates to the tax law and tax procedure.

Before opening his own law firm in 1988, Mr. Gartzman worked with an established Atlanta law firm, Shapiro, Fussell, Wedge, et al. Prior to that, he was with Touche Ross and Co., predecessor to Deloitte, LLP, a Big Four international accounting firm.

Mr. Mallory received his Juris Doctor degree at Georgia State University College of Law where he graduated with High Distinction for Pro Bono service. During his time at Georgia State University College of Law, he worked as a Graduate Research Assistant, a Student Attorney in the Georgia State Low-Income Taxpayer’s Clinic and served as Treasurer and Webmaster of the Legal Society for Intimate Violence Education (LIVE). Mr. Mallory received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science at Samford University. In addition to helping taxpayers resolve their Federal and State tax matters, Mr. Mallory enjoys playing the guitar and listening to good music.

Norma Padilla, a native of Wyoming, began her career in the legal field as a manager in a Florida law firm in 1995. Since relocating to the Atlanta area in 1998 she began concentrating exclusively on taxpayer representation and specializing as a Consultant in assisting Firms in organization, management and taxpayer representation matters and handling IRS and State related tax problems. As a sought-after professional and motivational national speaker, Ms. Padilla often presents on the topic of IRS Taxation Representation and has presented as a Premier Presenter for the National Association of State Board of Accountants (NASBA) National CPE Expo. Norma is now a member of the team as an Associate Case Manager of The Gartzman Law Firm and is excited to offer her knowledge and abilities to the firm and their clients. Norma enjoys exercising, hanging out with her two daughters, family and friends and playing the violin.

Ms. Relota is a Georgia native with more than ten years of experience in office administration and management. She graduated from Chattahoochee Technical College in 2009 with an A.S. in Criminal Justice. She is currently enrolled at Mercer University and looks forward to graduation in 2011. Tabitha’s career goals include obtaining her paralegal certificate and entry into a Masters program. She enjoys singing and spending time with her son.
